Africa, they tried to destroy you,
but still you prevailed.
Your people have braved the entire world.  Though they
may have scars, they are still going strong.
Unity is what they boast, unity and love.
Destroy, was what they tried to do to you.
But instead you showed them what it was to succeed.
Africa, how much I have heard about you.
The vast wilderness of your land. The
strength of your people and the
power they have to overcome, always remembering
to thank the Father.
Africa, it is you that I watch.
Continue to tread the earth, and
leave your mark on the world.
Your people are loved. 
Africa, you are like no other.
Beautiful in all your glory.
